Yes, rail is working when using FreeRDP client.  Well, when started by
hand.  I don't have it working yet with mstsc.
I would really like if you can help with this.

We are in the process of getting their internal changes out to github
and into xrdp.

Basically, when connecting in rail mode, chansrv acts like a window
manager and sends all the window create, window destroy, window move,
etc, commands to the client.
One deviation from the protocol that we did is to not remote the
window borders.  MS rail windows always 'look' like MS widows on X11,
Mac, IOS.  We wanted the native window feel, so you don't really know
it's remoted.

To get MS clients working, this will need to be completed.  I think we
borrow some window manager code from blackbox, openbox, or some light
weight window manager.

I'll start a wiki for rail.
