devel and master are both "work in progress" on 0.8. master being more stable. We're planning to delete neutrinolabs/xrdp and move FreeRDP/xrdp to neutrinolabs/xrdp soon. All the links to FreeRDP/xrdp should then go to neutrinolabs/xrdp automatically. According to docs anyway.
