Did you build and install X11R7.6? If not,
cd /path/to/xrdp source code/xorg/X11R7.6
./buildx.sh <installation dir> (usually /opt)
ln -s /opt/X11R7.6/bin/X11rdp /usr/local/bin/X11rdp
