You will need to build from source or find packages for *both* xrdp and X11rdp. Xrdp is not enough for what you want to acheive. For Debian / Ubuntu the X11rdp-o-Matic project is a very easy way to start, since it builds the debs directly from git. I heard it was being adapted to RHEL but I don't know the status. You can look that up on the mailing list archives.
