It's been years since I built xrdp on Solaris.  xrdp might need a bit
coding to get everything working but I'm all for it.

For those header files.  You need the X11 devel packages.  They might
not be called libx11-dev and xfixes-dev.  If you know they are there,
you can just take that check out of configure.ac and run bootstrap and
configure again.
