I have built a clean build of Debian 7.5 (Wheezy) and installed XRDP 0.8
using x11rdp-o-matic (See URL:
http://scarygliders.net/x11rdp-o-matic-information/).  This works fine
(including copy & paste) when accessed from both Windows 7.1 using the
Microsoft RDP client and from Windows 8.1.

However when connecting from Apple Mac OS X 10.9.4 using Microsoft Remote
Desktop Version 8.0.8 (Build 25010) I get a black screen showing
"Negotiating Credentials" for about 1 second after which the connection
terminates.

The MRD log is:

This seems to be a problem affecting a number of people. See
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/4b0624d7-0b6e-4967-b07c-ada1c9f5a772/failure-negotiating-credentials-from-macosx-for-remotedesktop?forum=winRDc

Happy to investigate further if anyone can guide me.
