Any chance of looking at:

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=359246

?

date:seconds() returns an invalid time for half of the world every month,
for some number of hours (4 hours for me). It would sure be nice to try to
fix that before it next occurs on October 31st.

Cheers,
Chris.
