Now I understand where is problem - on attributes and if <xsl:output
encoding=..> is imported. Both explain why I don't encounter problem as
example with cyrillic encoding (ISO-8859-5).
I confirm that patch work - tested with xml-file in ISO-8859-1, xsl-file
in UTF-8 (cyrillic attribute and text) and imp-file as is in the test case.
