I've already been fixing some issues like this one since rev. 513.
Quotes are missing in the generated Javascript instructions some
parameter ("modele-something") is written by mistake as a Javascript
expression (modele-something).
Could you please locate this in your form?
I generally prefer using the Opera Debugger for locating this kind of
issues.
