*Originally the recommendation was to put the links to stylesheets into the
config.xsl file inside the <extensions> tag.
This was so that they would be inserted after the xsltforms.css. I had to
go back to that system to use v549 as the <link> inside the Xform seemed to
be dropped completely by xsltforms.xsl.
