IE11 support required some small fixes which are, of course, not present
in XSLTForms 1.0RC
Please try again with latest build. You can download it from repositories:
http://sourceforge.net/p/xsltforms/code/ci/master/tarball,
http://sourceforge.net/p/xsltforms/svn/HEAD/tarball or
http://github.com/AlainCouthures/xsltforms
