In a message dated 99-02-14 11:54:14 EST, you write: << Maybe it is me? haha I think any way you stitch is the right way. The trick is keeping them even no matter how they are done, right? :) >> That's what I was taught, Stacey! :) As long as all your bottom stitches are going the same way and your top stitches cross in the opposite way, it really doesn't matter. And I've seen instances where the stitches were deliberately "mixed" to get a particular effect, so I guess even that rule isn't totally hard and fast! All I know is that my sister and I stitch "opposite" (she crosses top left to right, I cross top right to left) so we don't work on each other's pieces much. <g> Carolyn _______________________________________________________________ Sponsored by Beakers Graphic Designs http://www.probe.net/~beakers/ecsp.htm The Xstitch Home page at http://www.probe.net/~beakers/xshome.htm Mary Joseph - XStitch List Moderator - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Monica Sudds - XStitch List Administrator - [EMAIL PROTECTED] =============================================================== To unsubscribe TO: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message: unsubscribe XStitch
