is the HTML code for "Non-Breaking Space." HTML only recognizes one
space at a time - if there are two or five, it only recognizes one. But, if
you use the   code, you can line up lots of spaces.

<BR> (Break) is equivalent to hitting the Return key on your keyboard. HTML
ignores "carriage returns" unless they're indicated by the <BR> tag.

I'll stop here - but if you have any more questions, please email me
PRIVATELY or check out my favorite HTML page - http://www.htmlgoodies.com/ -
and check out his "7-day tutorial" on HTML. Even if you never make your own
web page, this tutorial gives you a basic understanding of what HTML is, and
why web pages look the way they do.

Again, any more replies on this subject need to private email - I'll be
happy to help answer any questions you may have. :-) My HTML "credentials"
are my web page: http://users.characterlink.net/ejoyner/. (If you visit,
PLEASE sign my guestbook! I always love getting those "autographs!")
