Hi all, I've moved and am back online with a slightly different screen
name. Have been enjoying the list for a couple of days. Sure missed
everyone while I was off the Internet.
My new neighbor is, if you can believe this, a stitcher! Big time! She
is a member of EGA and took me to a local meeting last week and
introduced me to everyone. I joined and look forward to being a member.
She loves things Chinese and hasn't been able to find any Chinese cross
stitch. I told her I was on a cross stitch list that was world wide and
of the several hundred people on the list there must be someone who also
loves Chinese cross stitch. Does anyone know of patterns that have
Chinese scenes, etc. She was told by one shop owner to either forget it
or design her own. I said I'd take it to the experts on "The List".
Anyone out there who also likes to stitch the same thing or can anyone
recommend any specific designer, etc.?
Trish, tried to send you an email and it was returned. Have been trying
to get set up with Internet Messenger but no luck so far.
