For the folds you get that won't come out even when you put them in your
snap-lock or whatever holding device you use --- after it's taut, lightly
spray it with pure water from a mister and then use your blow dryer to dry
it.. folds all gone!
Be safe...

Subject: XS: removing folds from fabric

><A while ago I posted a message about how to get rid
>of those awful folds in my fabric. Whatever I did, it never would go away
>completely. One of you great ladies replied that what you had to do was wet
>the fabric and then put it in the freezer. Well, I don't have a large
>enough (nor good enough) freezer at home, but last Sunday when I was all by
>myself in my parents'house I decided to give this a try. And guess what???
>IT REALLY WORKED! All those awful folds were gone. I just couldn't believe
>it. So to all of you who have problems getting the folds out of your linen,
>here is what you should do. Wet the folds thoroughly. Wrap some plastic
>foil around a long round object (I used a papertowel roller.) Then wrap
>the linen around it and put it in the freezer for several hours. Make sure
>you don't put it anywhere where it can get stains from other things in the
>freezer. Take it out, let it defrost and then iron the fabric. Smooth as a
>baby's skin. I don't know who posted this in reply to my message, but thank
>you ever so much for sharing this!>
