LOL, The Siamese is the one I'm doing now, and I did the balls of wool
one first. (At least a few balls sat in front of that basket)

So you completely understand the basket issues.  For those that don't,
the baskets are probably 30 x 30, and stitched to resemble woven
wicker.  It's one stitch brown, one stitch a shade lighter, and so on,
for 4-5 stitches...repeat   Alternating like bricks.  With shading,
some parts start at brown, some start at med brown.  Sheer he!! (maybe
I should attempt a TW after this to compare...since I've heard those
are pretty annoying too <grin>).

Maybe if the piece was a little bigger, I'd feel a lot better at
finding it quite so annoying.  I keep telling myself "It's like 6
inches, and strictly x-stitch, no blended threads...WHAT'S THE
PROBLEM?"  And I like the design to boot, so no point suggesting I not
do it..

I just need to space the last one next year (and it was on my plans to
be stitched next!!!!).
