You've dumbfounded me and I've recently programmed in C++!

I think for now most people just want a way to reuse groups, in the same
card or different stacks. So I think the most simplest solution would be
a viewer object, whose viewercontrol property you would set to the
control you wish to be displayed in it. As for inheritance, adding a
simple property such as sharedcontrol would do. Somewhat like sharedtext
if that property is set to true making changing to a viewcontrol, changes
the viewercontrol("parent"') which in turn changes the properties of all
viewcontrols which share that parent in which that property is set to
empty. If the sharedcontrol property is false, the control then acts
exactly like any other control.

You could use the viewer to display groups, buttons, or even stacks within
other stacks(like in serf).
