Hi All,
in short:
- please upldate your workspace form Xtext's team project set.
- Changes in examples will only appear in our releases, if you run
org.eclipse.xtext.xtext.ui.examples-container/build.xml first.
in long:
All this effort is due to
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=301858, we were shipping
the examples in an uncompressed bundle which led to a deep structure in
the file system which could not be handled by MS Windows.
Now, the mentioned ant task compresses the examples to zip files which
are then included in the release.
In your workspace, you will now find two new/changed projects:
org.eclipse.xtext.xtext.ui.examples: This is deployed and contains the
zipped examples.
org.eclipse.xtext.xtext.ui.examples-container: This is *not* deployed,
contains unzipped examples, and the build script.
