Activated the selected file commit, based on a patch from Vincent LADEUIL

The function dvc-current-file-list takes now the parameter selection-mode
to specify, what value should be returned, if no files are explicitely
marked.
The value 'nil-if-none-marked returns nil, if no files are marked
The value 'all-if-none-marked returns all possible files
When selection-mode is nil, return the file at point
