Well, for my work I have some projects I manage with baz, I do not
want an each commit notification but I want to group several commits
in on mail, at the beginning of that mail I write myself one or two
paragraph.

I want to select some changeset in the ChangeLog buffer and then use
them in my mail.

I understand that it's quite specific but I do not want to send notification on
this list for each modifiation I make, I'm not a maintainer, I only
want to send one or two changesets from time to time.

I think it's quite usefull for little contributors like me :-).
