Hi all,

DVC starts to be usable, I'd like to make a 0.1 release in a few days
or weeks to make some noise on bzr/Emacs/hg mailing lists. Before
that, it would be nice to have a better homepage than a subsection in
Xtla's home page on GNU Arch's wiki.

We didn't receive many contributions on the wiki (the TODO list could
have been directly the bugtracker), so a normal HTML homepage seems to
be satisfying.

I'd like to use gna! to host the homepage. But if we use the current
project, then the homepage will be something like

  http://download.gna.org/xtla-el/

Which is a bit confusing.

What do you think about creating a separate project on Gna! (that
would mean also a new mailing list) called "DVC" ? Then, we can create
a homepage as plain HTML in a subdirectory of dvc, and rsync it to
download.gna.org (there's also a home.gna.org, but it seems to force
people to use CVS).
