Summary: "Make files with this extension {precious|junk|backup|source}" feature

Original Submission: We already have a feature to make a precise file
precious, junk, backup or source.

It would be nice to have something to specify only the extension.

For example, in tree-lint mode, you realize you have plenty of .o files in a
directory. You'd like to be able to point one file, call a command (stg like "#
e p"), be prompted for an extension, with a default input of ".o", and xtla
would add "precious .o$" to .arch-inventory
