I'm personnaly satisfied with the current implementation. (init.el is not

These patches add tla-save-state/tla-load-state functions and uses them for
tip-number and bookmarks.

I do not use custom-save-variable for this since it is not custom and I try to
minimize evaled code.

I will take care of removing the leading .xtla-

and a little migration help, i.e. just one minute

ago I was shocked since xtla told be that I do not

have any bookmarks, but they are still there at the

wrong location ....

First implementation done and merged.

Copy of the mail reply I did on the list, about things to improve:

* Files in the ~/.xtla directory shouldn't be hidden. It's a pain when

all the files in a directory are hidden. ("cd ~/.xtla && ls" ...)

* I'd rather have a state.el containing potentially several saved

variables. For example, the "quick configuration" submenu of Xtla

could save its state here (With a "save options" menu entry). This

file could use `customize-save-variable', inside a

  (let ((custom-file "~/.xtla/state.el")) ...)

* No need to prefix files with xtla or tla inside the directory

  ~/.xtla IMO.

* While we think about the ~/.xtla directory, it's easy to add a

~/.xtla/startup.el or init.el, that would be loaded on startup if it

  exists (like ~/.gnus.el & friends)

* A comment ";; generated file. Do not edit" in the beginning of each

  generated file would be nice.
