To reproduce:



1) In a tla-changes buffer, find a file whose metadata has changed and whose 
contents haven't changed.

2) Select Revert from the right-click menu or type 'U'.



Result:

"File filname.c is not modified!" in minibuffer.



Expected result:

Metadata for file is reverted.
