Summary: M-x tla-move RET should also rename the buffer and set the
visited-file-name
Original Submission: Currently, if I have a buffer open on foo.c, and tla-move
(which, by the way, should be tla-mv ...) it to bar.c, then, I still have a
buffer foo.c open on the file foo.c, which doesn't exist anymore.
