There's something strange with your archive:

Actually, the .listing file at the root of your archive is incomplete
(it contains only =meta-info).
There's probably a tla bug behind that, it's worth trying to
understand it ... (and anyway, tla cat-archive-log didn't need to
download the .listing file, but I'll report a bug for that)
