[Xtla-el-dev] tla-inventory-add-to-*, =tagging-method and .arch-inventory

I've tried the tla-inventory-add-to-* functions.

They add a regexp to the =tagging-method file. I think the file should
be added to the appropriate .arch-inventory instead.
