[Xtla-el-dev] Refinements to bindings

Hi,

Please consider merging:

  xtla
    xtla--mbp
      xtla--mbp--0.1
        patch-3
          declare tla-prefix-key as of sexp type

        patch-4
          Rebind tla keymap when prefix key is changed

These make it easier to customize the prefix key and have it take
effect straight away.
