The output buffers are not for user interaction and
occasionally went into my way when switching/killing
buffers. The patches below add a space thus they are
no in the buffer list anymore.
You still can swicth to them with C-x C-b SPACE BUFFERNAME RET
but when really needed they are popped up anyway.
This might be, worth discussing if there are different
opinions ...
