I won't _remove_ them. But I want to ensure two things:
* People who don't use tla/baz will never have to load Xtla
* There is no dependancies from DVC to any back-end, so in particular,
there is no dependancies from DVC to Xtla. To run the XXX backend, you
should only need dvc*.el and XXX*.el (except for baz which needs the
tla*.el files too).
So, although we should not remove tla*.el and baz*.el from the mainline,
we need to test Xtla without those files.
