The metacity/mutter theme in Albatross is ugly and of very bad quality.
We shouldn't ship such bad quality artwork. We don't have time to fix
the metacity/mutter theme and i'm poor at metacity/mutter theming. Also,
I don't know anyone who uses Albatross in Gnome, so safe to drop that,
and it will also free 106 KiB of space (Yay!).
