hal has been a zombie in the archive for many years. It has been
deprecated ages ago, replaced by much more robust and modern
infrastructure, and since saucy it does not work at all any more. Let's
kill the remaining few reverse dependencies and itself.

hal rdepends: wmbattery, moovida-plugins-good, dell-recovery

libhal1 rdepends: xmbc-bin, libthunar-vfs-1-2, libsynce0, librapi2,
libhd16

Note that libthunar-vfs-1-2 itself has been abandoned by Xfce long ago,
in favor of using gvfs. The squeeze package is the only thing that still
seems to use it, but it's not even seeded in Xubuntu so we might just be
able to drop that as well?
