This is only a minimal update to the xfdesktop default settings, reflecting
changes in the transition from xfdesktop4.10 to 4.11.
Without this change, there won't be a wallpaper by default, as mentioned in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/xfdesktop/+bug/1271713
