there are duplicate ICONS on TOP (right) panel See https://photos.app.goo.gl/em8juaWYnLRTvyPv9 (1) - bluetooth (2) - wifi (3) - notifications (4) - bluetooth (again?) (5) - wifi (again?) (6) - battery (7) - volume (8) - clock ** expected results I don't expect BLUETOOTH of WIFI to be duplicated ** other notes I don't see anything unexpected in panel.preferences->items ALSO NOTICED: When i connected to WIFI, the speaker/volume ICON seemed to rotate in a like fashion to the two WIFI indicator.icons. Visually it quite possibly wasn't the same, but the effect was every second one was doing the same thing; ie. visual effect during wifi connection on panel items 2, 5 & 7 On disconnected & reconnecting.. it's more the VOLUME icon is flashing in sync with the circling of the other two.. but this effect repeated on subsequent disconnect/reconnects to the (hidden wpa2) wifi network. (maybe duplicate, I didn't find one sorry) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 21.04 Package: xfce4-panel 4.15.5-1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 5.8.0-25.26-generic 5.8.14 Uname: Linux 5.8.0-25-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: zfs zunicode zavl icp zcommon znvpair ApportVersion: 2.20.11-0ubuntu55 Architecture: amd64 CasperMD5CheckResult: pass CasperVersion: 1.456 CurrentDesktop: XFCE Date: Sat Dec 12 04:09:14 2020 LiveMediaBuild: Xubuntu 21.04 "Hirsute Hippo" - Alpha amd64 (20201211) ProcEnviron: TERM=xterm-256color PATH=(custom, no user) XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=<set> LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: xfce4-panel UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: xubuntu-default-settings (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Assignee: Sean Davis (bluesabre) Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug hirsute iso-testing -- duplicate items on panel (wifi, bluetooth) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1907871 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Xubuntu Developers, which is subscribed to xubuntu-default-settings in Ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~xubuntu-dev Post to : xubuntu-dev@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~xubuntu-dev More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
