While waiting for 4.3 packages here's the latest stable xfce, synced from debian. The delta between
debian and us is very small now (two packages which we have epochs on and must live with from now on, sigh)
as our former patches were either taken by them or no longer necessary.

Notable changes I can think of besides what 4.2.3 itself brings
- the default panel configuration is no longer the minimal one, but the one used upstream. But if you tweaked
your panel the config in your ~/.config takes precedence anyway.
- esound is no longer started by startxfce4 (actually xinitrc) as ALSA is the default sound system now and aligned to
what ubuntu does we should see which sound-cards do not work with hw mixing or dmix and fix them.
- a kiosk setting does no longer work as the patch has not yet made it to upstream xfce but it is of minimal impact
and will be fixed in time

If you're on dapper just dist-upgrade supposing you have xubuntu-desktop. If you're not on dapper now is a good time
to do something about it ;)

thanks
Jani
