I'm not familiar with LP, so I'm not sure if I could find a proper
place to report the bug - or to even check whether it's already
reported.
indeed not too easy to find your way in LP especially at the beginning
for your monitor timing bug xorg is a good initial target. make sure you
give enough detail about your video hw so they can further categorize it
