Hmm, where do the panel or other items use such greyed out titles?
This change to menu.xml would affect both the desktop menu in the panel and
the
right click menu on the desktop, as by default they use the same description
file.
As for upstream this is not for upstream to change (as with the panel) it is
a matter
of configuration, can be modified by distros for system wide default and by
users
in their ~/.config.

each panel plugin has that first entry (r-click), but here we-re
talking about l-click.
