These are available elsewhere via the panel, menu, desktop or keyboard
shortcuts anyway.
I'd like to have a clean desktop as we had in dapper and as ubuntu has
(so without trashcan, home and rootfs folders) but this is hardcoded
in upstream xfdesktop, it has no cfg option to
turn these off.
