the way I work is that I convert it to HTML every time. If you keep the 
document open in your browser, then rerunning 'make' and hitting 
'ctrl+r' in firefox will show the result.

you mean in the 'applications' menu? yes, this has been discussed, but 
noone seems to have gotten around to implement it.
