I would be willing to work on the new website, but I still don't know where to get ahold of the code. I can't entirely promise how fast development will happen mainly because my CSS is somewhat noobish and my time schedule is really packed:
Fall Semester Line-up: -12 hours of class - teaching 8 hours of freshman level computer science courses for 2 of my profs (which will require another 8 hours outside of class for lesson plans and grading) - Working 25 hours at my part time systems admin job for my campus library So i am looking at 53 hours of each week spent on campus, and then I have to find time to do homework, projects, and study for exams outside of that time. I can promise to do my best, but I will require a substantial amount of help to have a new website up and running by the Gutsy release. -Adam On 7/20/07, Cody A.W. Hi Everyone, Just a few notes. - Your deductions about his (Freddy's) access is correct. - Sadly, I didn't remember setting up his account at first but if I do remember correctly now, I did make it known that I was doing it. - I updated the e-mail address to be [email protected] - IIRC, Jonathon no longer has shell access and his access on the website is synomous to Adam's and Vincent's (ie. Administrator role). - Administrators can not create or manage user accounts. - Non-administrators (ie. Freddy) can edit only their own pages (currently). - Non-administrators (ie. Freddy) can only create new url aliases. Once I get my feet on the ground again, I'd be very much interested in getting some serious development done on the website (content and functionality wise). If I remember correctly, Adam agreed to have the new website template ready for the next release of Xubuntu. With the migration to the new template, we might also consider migrating to the new, very impressive Drupal 5. Thanks, Cody A.W.
