The problem with themed panels in Xfce is that some panel plugins and status icons don't work well with them. The icons' immediate background don't transparently show the themed panel. If I could I'd provide a screenshot to illustrate the problem, but maybe someone else on this list has seen what I'm talking about. Ghostvirus
