Im sorry but your idear is kind of stupid because xubuntu is an another way of thinking then proties systems like mac os and windows but we cold make an remake of it in c/c++ for linux and totally free i can help you because a have knowlage of c/c++ qt4(little) so we can organize this project rigth now.
