Okay, at this point it appears that libudev0 is not in the archive at all so that is a bigger issue. It looks like it was possibly superseded by libudev1. See: http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libudev0
As to Seamonkey, I'm going to have to take a pass as that is outside my wheelhouse.
