Elfy et al.,
I have gone through your links and the tutorials and think I have a
basic grasp of what's involved. I have assigned myself to the Xfce
Dict testcase for starters and will take a crack at working through
that one for real.
I do have a couple of questions:
1) What is the significance of the "Test-case name:" section header
in the testcase file? I didn't see that mentioned in any of the links.
No idea to be frank - I didn't have anything to do with how this was
set up a cycle or so ago. I doubt if anyone has anything written with
regard to it.
Just follow suit and use similar wording for this one - perhaps
Test-case name:XFCE_Dict
When I last discussed this with Nicholas, the Ubuntu QA lead, he was
thinking to drop the test case names for good. Don't bother too much
with it.
2) I see that some existing testcases use UK English spelling; should
we use that, US English, or does it matter?
I don't think it matters, just make sure it's English - I use UK ;)
That's all for now.
