I have bumblebee setup on my computer. I noticed that while playing some games with my nvidia card, I would get okay performance and suddenly it drops.

My laptop is a Thinkpad T420 with a Quadro NVS 4200M.

Any idea how I can debug this?

All you can really do is file bugs and run tests on packages.qa.ubuntu.com
You can also put the upgrade results on iso.qa.ubuntu.com

Thank you for testing for xubuntu

Some random stack traces:

and errors while using the NVIDIA card via bumblebee:

[ 919.200025] ACPI Warning: \_SB_.PCI0.PEG_.VID_._DSM: Argument #4 type
mismatch - Found [Buffer], ACPI requires [Package] (20130517/nsarguments-95)

Also, when I put my laptop to sleep and turn it back on. I would see my
desktop and it would go to sleep, again. Not really any relevant logs as far
as I can tell (maybe i didn't look at the right file)

Is the bluetooth icon from the indicator menu not working any more? I
see a blank menu.

Other than that everything has been smooth sailing (not much has
changed from my usages so far....)
