Yes, but if we simply wait for that, those settings changes might come too late for Xubuntu 14.04. Which would be a pity, because Xubuntu 14.04 will be an LTS....
So I think it would be a good idea to port those two simple settings changes to Xubuntu 14.04 anyway, regardless of the release date of the new Xfce components. As said, the settings changes are simple and trivial to execute, but they are important for a smooth user experience "out of the box"....
