Welcome josh, A guide for reporting bugs is at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs , although it has a lot of info that might not apply to you yet. Once you've made the bugs, feel free to post about the in the #xubuntu-devel irc channel, we can help you with any issues you have there.
While you're testing 14.04, make sure your results are reported at packages.qa.ubuntu.com and iso.qa.ubuntu.com so the data can be used.
