After upgrading to 14.04, the sound indicator is not changing it's
background color to match the color chosen in the Theme Configuration
for custom panel colors. I reported this problem about a week ago and
Pasi said it's likely because I'm using an older version of gtk. I went
ahead and did a fresh install and the problem is still there. Do I file
a bug against the indicator or theme configuration? A pic of the issue
