Pidgin is a very good application for instant messaging, and I think it
deserves to be seeded whether we decide to ship another application that
can do IRC or not.

As I said - I have no preference what we do with it - I'd even go so far
as to say I don't care much ;)
Not quite sure why the need to defend the seeding of it really - I
didn't at all say that we should lose it.
