Hi Mikodo,

No Worries, no question is un-knowledgeable.. just unanswered.. :-)

Basically there are two main types of testing..  ISO Testing, and Package Testing

The Tracker for the ISO's which gives you the latest builds and tests to do are here.

http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker

this is testing to see if the image boot, installs and all the apps work, reporting any bugs along the way

The Tracker for the packages, for when we are testing individual package that make up Xubuntu is here.

http://packages.qa.ubuntu.com/

This is to test the individual programs in more depth for the upcoming release.

Further Info can also be found here:-

http://docs.xubuntu.org/contributors/qa-tester.html

If you are still stuck

feel free to email me direct and I'll try and talk you thru it.

Hope this helps

I have recently started reading some of the daily digests. I apologize for the un-knowledgeable question. What/where would one find what is to be tested? All I see in my email of the batch file for today is, "Call for Testing",?

Thank you.
